Substance Abuse Evaluations

SAFE FUTURE offers substance abuse evaluations for adults and adolescents. Evaluations are performed by professional counselors (medical doctors, PhDs, and master's level therapists) who assess the individual’s physical, emotional, mental, and behavioral conditions, as well as family history of addictions and other related issues. Individualized treatment plans are created to meet each person's specific needs. Our Substance Abuse Program lasts 3-6 months, with participants progressing through different levels of care based on their unique needs.

Adult Outpatient Treatment

Outpatient programming provides various options to address individual needs, goals, and objectives. Each track combines individual counseling, group counseling, random drug screens, and family sessions and support.

Discharge planning

Discharge planning is conducted collaboratively with the client and counselor, starting at the client's 13th appointment. It may involve making referrals and coordinating with other community agencies and resources. Referral sources are kept informed about the client's progress and discharge plans to facilitate a seamless transition. Throughout treatment, clients receive important information, and discharge planning helps them strategize how to apply what they have learned to maintain their treatment goals.
