Welcome to Safe Future LLC Behavioral Health and Psychosocial Program. Since 2016, we have been dedicated to nurturing minds and restoring balance.
Our mission: We aim to empowering individuals, families, and communities to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. By promoting proven strategies for preventing addiction and supporting long-term recovery, SAFE FUTURE equips people with the tools they need to break free from addictive behaviors and sustain positive change. Fully licensed and accredited by the State of Florida and have earned The Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval®. SAFE FUTURE delivers comprehensive prevention and treatment services for substance abuse and mental health.
Our wide range of services includes thorough evaluations, individualized outpatient counseling and therapy, expert medication management, as well as impactful prevention programs and educational initiatives. We proudly serve adults, adolescents, and their families, ensuring that everyone receives compassionate, evidence-based care. Located in Miami-Dade County, our outpatient substance abuse and mental health services are accessible and designed to meet the diverse needs of our community. Francesco Cruz MD

Medical Director

Francisco Cruz, M.D., is board-certified in General Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine, with 20+ years of experience treating mental illness and substance use disorders. He uses a holistic, client-centered approach based on the bio-psycho-social-spiritual model and incorporates new treatments to enhance patient health and quality of life.

Administrative Staff

At Safe Future, our administrative team is integral to the effective operation of our Behavioral Health Agency. In addition to standard office functions, they provide essential support by coordinating housing resources, facilitating access to benefits and health insurance, and liaising with providers to deliver necessary services to clients.
