Emergency Services

The Emergency Care services from the Safe Future ACO aims to provide around-the-clock, world-class emergency care to all members in the ACO and deliver emergency services in an efficient and timely manner, while practicing cutting-edge emergency medicine.
Knowing the difference between emergency and routine medical care is essential when someone is sick or injured. Because not every situation is an emergency, it is crucial that our members are fully aware of the differences between emergency and primary care.
To ensure that our members do not over utilize urgent care and emergency room centers, coordinators are available 24 hours a day to help direct where you go for care. A primary care center is just like going to a private doctor’s office, where you make an appointment and see your physician for routine care. An emergency room is for life-threatening conditions.
